We visited langkawi for our first wedding anniversary and Tanjung Rhu resort was the best choice for our stay during the visit. Everything about this property is top notch. The location with the private beach, the food quality,amenities and services provided, cleanliness, staff behaviour and the whole vibe of the place was perfect. They decorated our room and even gifted us a delicious truffle brownie for our anniversary. They don’t have an elevator so people who have an issue taking the stairs may look into that. But for us it was excellent choice.

Tanjung Rhu Resort was a fabulous experience for us. The resort is calm and beautiful with amazing restaurants and beautiful views. I took their private dinner by the beach offer, and it was beautiful. If only they could accommodate us a little away from the BBQ party the experience would have been 100% beautiful, still I will happily settle for the experience provided by hostess. Overall, tours provided by hotel was good, access to mangroves is easier from the hotel, food was good however, there was less vegetarian options, but quality was good. Swimming pool and all amenities were good.

This is a luxurious property that offers a private clean beach and great hospitality. Beach facing rooms are very spacious with a beautiful beach view of blue water & white sand and comes with 2 balconies -beach facing and internal property garden and lily pond facing. Food quality was great & property has multiple restaurant options aswell. This is located at secluded location and excellent option for relaxing holiday. Can spend 2-3 days easily without even need of going out.

The property is good and so is their hospitality. I booked a damian suite for 10k per night. I find the room details fine as per the price, but not very appropriate as per the price. The bathroom and bathtub is amazing, but they don't provide you with bubble bath toiletries, which i found a little disappointing. Other than that the morning buffet, sea view is amazing. Must try wooden fired pizza, a little overpriced-but good for indians

The Tanjung Rhu Resort is a secluded resort situated right on the beautiful Tanjung Rhu Beach. It is walking distance to the jetty for mangrove tours and also water sports / ATV rides. The rooms are huge and spacious, the hospitality of the staff is top notch and each one of their restaurants is superb. The checkin/checkout process was seamless and quick. due to its secluded location, getting a grab taxi can involve a bit of waiting. This is the perfect place if you want to just unwind and relax.

Resort is good for families to spend time away from busy schedule with private beach and swimming pool

The property did not accept the reservation made through mm t and i had to pay again for the stay. The resorrt staff said tgat they had informed mm t tgat tge reservation was not accepted by them but i was not informed by mmt. Mmt should refund the amount fully.

Basics missing, staff not responsive. Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone given the pricing. Location and food are the only good things.

Tanjung resort room almirahs give a damping smell. It’s difficult to stay for those with asthma or allergies. We were provided room on 2nd floor - no lifts and takes very long time to call in porter. Used spa services were average. Medium hospitality beach and swimming pool is good. Breakfast spread is also fine but very limited vegetarian options for lunch or dinner.

Hotel staff are very polite and helpful, whole experience was really good, morning breakfast could be better pancakes and waffles were cold and stiff

Great place for peaceful stay. Swim in the pool, go in the sea or relax on the beach chairs
