Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang

Hotel was in presitine condition. Their breakfast buffet was great and so is their food. Sea view from the room was awesome and closeness to all the attraction(fires, show, Robot dance etc). Also pool timing was till ten so my kid enjoyed a lot.Nearby market ensures you can get everything from coffee to different food options (Indian, Italian, Mexican, Arabi, Thai, Malaysia). It topped value for the money and refer to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is good and the location is also good but one thing for which I have given an average rating is that I reach there around 2:20pm there check in time is 3pm the room was allocated but they refused to give the room the room just 40 minutes before. I have been traveling for 11 days and have checked in in different hotels not a single hotel denying the early check in even some has given the room around 11am also after all this is my personal opinion. Rest everything is ok.

Nice place to stay. Near to Cenang Beach. But there is no early check-in. Good parking lot .. Recommend it as it is peaceful

My experience staying at Mercure was excellent, tasty buffet, awesome pool view rooms, Gym, kids play area, swimming pool, great support staff and perfect location. Making this place a perfect and peaceful stay.

Great location, right on the Cenang beach street. Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent Hotel! I believe it is clearly one of the best hotels near Pantai Cenang beach. We reached 2 hrs before our check-in time. We had two rooms and they gave us an early check-in one of the rooms which allowed us to make the best use of the remaining day for local sight-seeing. Pantai Cenang beach is a mere 5 min walk and there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel including a few serving Indian food. It was pretty easy to get a Grab for all nearby sightseeing locations. Rooms were well appointed with a safe, electric iron, etc. They also provide a 3M drinking water tap in the bathroom from where you could refill your bottles. There was a swimming pool where guests enjoyed a cool dip during hot and humid afternoons. Breakfast was a pretty good spread. They have an excellent bar as well. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Langkawi.

Location is good, but we got non sea facing room which is really boring. There is not much Indian food available in the hotel (including breakfast). Service is average. It is expensive. I will not recommend this hotel.

A very good and pleasant stay at the hotel. Excellent with a good variety of breakfast. Rooms are specious, neat and clean and comfy. Location is very close to the market and beach.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a family group where everything is located nearby. The stay was very comfortable with hotel staff being very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely book the same hotel next time i visit Langkawi.

Good option for families, close to the beach and Indian food . Clean, Neat and functional hotel by Mercure.

Location of the property was fantastic and the view from the room was just too good. So were the amenities. However we felt that the service level could improve as we experienced a delay in getting even the most basic things such as dental kit and were asked to check out multiple times at 1 pm when most of the rooms were still vacant in the hotel..staff could have been more polite at handling such matters.

excellent hotel, all facilities very good. Just that there is no valet parking, we need to ourself go and park behind the Chenga mall, apex 50 MTRS away, though the hotel gives a card pass for parking.

The hotel is well planted at the most popular street making the shopping , eat outs and the beach very accessible. The pool with music and good crowd provides for a great holiday vibe . They do provide a welcome drink as well . Staff is attentive and responds but during peak hrs and days the service is slow . For e.g. my room was not made up on Saturday even by 5pm. Had to make multiple calls to get the room done . The standard room was decent and functional . Bathroom was good with proper segregation of toilet and bath. Breakfast is average .

Location is good just around 100m from Cenang beach. Service and food is good, nice pool. Rooms are spacious.
