Hotel China Town Inn Kuala Lumpur

Not considering for half an hour this is not the way to handle the customers. So sad and never visit this Hotel and also will inform to my friends n family

Hotel room is average, location is good but Hotel staff are not good. They are rude and not much helpful.

Positives: (1) Value for money. (2) Location is very good; just 5 min walk from Pudu Cetral Bus terminal (3) Room had centralized AC, TV, 2 Beds, neat toilet with hot water and necessary furniture inside room. (4)It's inside China Town. So if you interested in shopping, you can buy any item from you doorsteps till midnight. Central market also very close. (5) Front office is very neat and have the necessary features. (6) Free WIFI was perfect (7) Daily room cleaning service was good (8) The sound insulation was very good. The street is so close but no noise inside the hotel! Negatives: (1) The staff at the front office was not friendly (the )day when we arrived). The check-in time was 2 pm and was understood as per the terms and conditions. So I booked 2 single rooms for the day before our planned arrival just for refreshment and emailed the details to hotel 2 times (the day when I booked and one prior to the arrival). But the front office man denied this and finally after showing all my email conversations and arguments he allowed 2 rooms. This was not expected as I done proper communication before. So the front office staff have to be more friendly to avoid these. (2) The exterior of the hotel not justifying its features and services providing. It should be improved (3) Charging 10 MYR per room as tourist tax by Govt at hotel lobby. It was mentioned in the terms. But this can be combined with the online payment to avoid confusion to customers. (4) As the room have centralized AC feature, no controls to adjust the temperature; it was too cold!

Good stay wi-fi is good clean room every thing is k near to street market

Please don't fall in the temptation of low price. Staff behavior is very bad. There is a barking dog staff in the reception. He doesn't know how to deal tourists and new people coming there. Rooms are very small and not at all clean.

Hotel service is very good and area is very safe.

Variety of restaurants are available.

Staff wasn't good and didn't know how to deal with traveler moreover Hotel was very dirty

Behaviour not good. And room condition is poor. Management poor

Location was excellent. Impressive rooms to stay. Free Wi-Fi. Room, bathroom very clean.

Value for money hotel, centrally located to everything.

This is the best value for money hotel in the most happening place of Kuala Lumpur .. The station is just a 4-5 minute walk away so you don’t need to take a taxi and waste money. The shopping and food is just below the hotel

Satisfied with this servive sir I hope so when I will be book this hotel next time. You would be give to me best deal. And more facilities. I think you should be include in this airort shuttle service in room fare.

This hotel is a decent budget hotel. Everything is OK but the aircon and toiletries. They provided only soap and shampoo. I think they should provide body shampoo instead. The aircond is a centralized aircon, so you can't adjust the temperature and fan speed of the aircond. Hair dryer is only available at the reception counter. No lift from Ground floor (main entrance) to 1st floor (Reception counter). One staff is not friendly. When I was asking for Water Dispenser, He kept pointing only, didn't even try to explain nicely. Overall is just OK.

It's inside the market. Train bus taxi all available near hotel. Food- KFC and Starbucks etc also near. Central market hardly 5min. Best location, situated in heart of city. Good for shopping. Free fast WiFi.

Very nice to stay here. It could be better if I were allowed to prepare my tea at room. Location is very good. I wish to stay again at this hotel if I come to Kuala Lumpur in future. All kinds of transportation are available within a short distance. Indian foods are available at cheap rate near the Hindu temple. Street market is located in front of the hotel. Thank you.

Staff specially a Chinese is really bad. He does not have sense to talk to guest and. Other staffs are good. Location is also worthy. In all hotel good but administration should replace that particular staff because he makes fun of guests too.
