This is the worst hospitality experience i have ever had. We reached the stay 2 hours before. First of all there was no one for queries. Secondly when we called the given contact number for queries they were not asnwering the questions. On requesting she just gave the number for check in which was valid from 3 pm. What’s the point of givinv details when we can’t get it. Further on top of that there was no to attend even after check-in. No on to give coffe creamer or anything. chutney experience. As expected from them.
