Hilton Vienna Park

We paid for 5 nights but stayed for 4 nights.. I think the hospitality was completely missing... it was always money... basic one bottle of water in the room after paying for 5 nights and again upgrading to executive lounge by paying , we were charged ..being vegetarian a simple request of boiled pastors for breakfast and eve snacks was not given.. reason .. we can’t give.. felt cheated... horrible stay.. won’t recommend the brand like Hilton to anyone whom we treasured before..

Wonderful location with CAT, Big bus and Subway stations just across, lavish breakfast available early(6.30 am) so that you can have food before leaving for day trips, amenities and services are at par with Hilton standards. There were some payment issues between our travel agent and the hotel but the reception staff were helpful and sympathetic. Special thanks to Ms Meghreig, Ms Sonja, Ms Victoria and Mr Laurens.

We recently stayed at Hilton Vienna Park for 4 nights. While the location is convenient, the stay did not meet 5‑star standards. Housekeeping did not change the bedsheets even once, contrary to their stated linen policy. The room lacked basic amenities such as bathrobe, slippers, and essential toiletries. Additionally, having to purchase bottled water at €4.50 for just 500ml x 2 felt inconsistent with a premium hotel experience. Overall, the stay felt more like a 2‑star standard and I regret to say I would neither recommend nor choose this property again.

Great location. Walking distance from most attractions. Bus, tram and train were very close. Nice restaurants and grocery stores close by. The hotel was good. Some friendly staff, some need to smile more. All spoke english

The hotel was very comfortable. They gave us an early check in upon request and the staff were very hospitable. The location was perfect to walk to the trains and shops

Very close to the city centre and train station. Views from the room were fantastic and peaceful. Spacious rooms and well lit.

Great location, service and close to everything. The hotel is modern and comfortable, the rooms are clean and everything is close to you as well as the car rental office, Sixt.

Small room size and unfriendly reception staff while the location is decent. The hotel has lounge in the first floor but not get options

Hotel service is terrible. We didnt expected this level service from hilton. We called reception and room dining from our room during our stay asking for services but the delay was too much and we have to visit reception desk personally to get the things everytime. Sometimes our requests were completely ignored. We had small kids and infant with us still they did not cared to give some priority to our requests or make our stay comfortable. I do not recommend this property for family visit.

Very conveniently located with nice clean chic rooms! the hotel staff speak fluent english & are friendly too!

It is very near to the main square and lot of restaurants including indian one around. The belvedere palace and cruise station are all at a walking distance away.

I thought Hilton brand is a very good brand but they gave me such a bad room looked like it was from the 80’s also receptionist behavior was very bad. Later after a lot of complaint they gave me new room for 2 nights and charged me for it. This not expect this from this brand.

Location bang on! Breakfast was the best of our whole trip. Veg options were great. Just that the rooms are a bit older considering an old hotel. But the breakfast sorted it all. The location has an easy approach with U3 just opposite having access to each part of the city. Plus a spar supermarket just in the same building as U3. And not to miss Indian restaurants around.

Hotel is in a central location close to City center, across the road to Airport train station and had many eating places close by. It is a very large hotel and therefore does have large crowd at times. Check in was smooth, breakfast sumptuous large variety service as good as you can expect in a central European city. Concierge desk very well staffed so planing for outings and concerts was relatively hassle-free. Overall very good stay. Hotel is under renovation, therefore, prices are on the lower side. Special compliments to Salena, Denzil at the front desk Marie and Melanie in the lounge who made my stay special.

Convenient location, right opposite Stadtpark.

In the heart of the city. Good connectivity to train and shopping areas nearby.
