Hotel Schani UNO City

This location on this Hotel Schani UNO City is not great from a tourist point of view, as it’s nowhere close to Stephanplatz which is where you ideally need to be. But it was a bit of last minute booking for us and had to make do with what was available. However what goes in its favour is that the train station of Kaisermuhlem is an 8 min walk & connects you to where ever you need to go so at the end of day the location didn’t hurt as much. By taxi it’s about 12-15 mins to Stephanplatz. It’s on a Main Street so it’s easy enough to find and the google maps are fairly accurate about it. The check in experiences was great and very smooth. It has a 24 hour reception so late night check ins, early morning check outs should all be smooth. The room is fabulous. Very modern, ours overlooked the garden. The bed is comfortable and large enough and had here are plenty of charging points near the bed. The bathroom is modern, hot water is always available and the shower is great. The toilet and the shower are two seperate areas so this becomes very convention when 2 people are sharing the room. The Marshall like radio in the room was a great touch and always had fantastic music options and we used it a fair bit. The ground floor of the Hotel Schani UNO City has a good amount of lounging space and the restaurant as well looked good, though we didn’t get around to using it. All in all a very good experience staying at this Hotel Schani UNO City. Even thought the location for a tourists is not ideal one could surely consider it if nothing relevant is available in Stephanplatz area. The rating of 4 instead of 5 is only from a location point of view and nothing else.
