Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Prater/Messe

Good experience overall! Reached late and requested a room change, which was accommodated smoothly. Room was clean, accessible to metro, and had a nice view. One thing - didn't have a dental kit, but managed with my own. The breakfast was good.

Courtyard by Mariott is over rated. The location is good, breakfast is excellent and room is spacious but what stands out is poor service.My phone was not working and room ac was freezing.The hotel staff is friendly but yes not have adequate people for house keeping.

Location was convenient and short walk from a metro station. Area was nice and clean and very peaceful. Suite room was very spacious and good for a family with 2 children. Room was in an arc shape and very wide window view with nice sheer and back out curtains. Master Bed was extra large and very comfortable. Structure of the family suite was good and the master Bed and living area with Sofa cum Bed was separated with. small passage. Quality of bed linen was good. Sofa cum Bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was nice with decent spread but was same every day. A live egg station would be good. But overall good.

The staff at checkin was amazing but the staff at check out was pathetic and rude.I booked 2 rooms and they found 1 cigarette bud in one room and they charged us a hefty amount of which is approximately 36,000/-rs for both the rooms.They even breached our privacy behind our back and took picture of our room to show it to us after 3 days.Being a marriot bonvoy member I did not expect this behaviour.They charged us so much and the staff was very rude.

Stay and the rooms very good Connectivity. V good Front desk. V good Spa not great due to steam room are same for both sexes. Food variety and for vegetarian a poor selection to almost nil.

The entire stay and expereince was smooth and seamless. The hotel management and staff is cordial and supportive. The location is very close to Danube River and it is a peaceful place.

The hotel is simply amazing and very, very luxurious as well. A great place to stay especially if you're transiting through Vienna in a day. The hotel lies in a very close proximity to Krieau station which is 3-4 stops away from the Central station. Staff is very courteous and helpful. had a great stay!

The location is a bit far from the central district of vienna; however, it is close to the metro station. I believe this hotel is primarily designed for individuals visiting the offices located in the surrounding area, which is home to numerous companies. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are courteous. There is a billa and a spar nearby where you can get something to eat. The food at this hotel is also quite good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting vienna. Cheers!

Excellent stay, all girls at the reception were good and helpful, Anita and Hannah specially good, room boy at the bar from Greece helped me when I was hurt, he gave me ice pack, God bless him, overall very good stay. Excellent spa.
