hospitality and hotel staff is very good. located 10 minutes walking to main city centre although located in upscale area. hotel need renovation with old interiors in rooms.

familyLocation was good. Amenities were not like a 5 star. Probably 4 star like. The service was cold. They can improve a lot more on service standards and also hotel needs an overhaul.
