The hotel is under renovation and on going there, i found the door locked. 3 mins after pressing the bell repeatedly they said they have relocated our booking to the nearby hotel. They said an email had been sent, but i received no such email. The alternate hotel was ok and not of the same level as seen in the photos as the one i had booked. There were no toiletries.

When we reached the hotel which is just opposite vienna railway station. The person at the reception counter told that the hotel is closed for 2 weeks and our hotel booking has been moved to another hotel the niu which is another end of the city. We had no option but to accept coz it was last minute fiasco. We had booked for 3 adults with breakfast but the new hotel was saying it was only for 2. We had to argue and fight post which they agreed. The genuineness of the hotel should be verified before taking booking. Customers should be informed in advance of such cancellations so that alternative s can be planned.

Property is in excellent location and it’s very well maintained though it’s old one. Our room size was quite spacious and have decent decor. Comfortable heated rooms at -5’ c. There are nearby prominent restaurants and tram stops as well.

N ovum prince eugene has an excellent location just 250m from vienna hbf. Despite being on the highway, the building is soundproof, the staff are pleasant and the rooms are well equipped and spacious. I'd encourage them to keep a kettle and tea kit in the rooms, though.

It was good stay, slightly expensive. Average clean but very good location. Breakfast is bad for the price we are paying.

It's an clean hotel and the major plus is that it's at a walking distance from central Station. However it there are many other hotels close by which are available at half the price and much better services and amenities. Old furniture, 30 year old TV kept on the table with very hazy picture quality. No amenities like tea, coffee kettle in the room. There are other hotels with much options. Better amenities. I paid a huge amount for this crappy hotel. Very disappointed. Will never stay again and I do not recommend.

Good hotel near main railway station. The food is good, plus being near station gives you access to have food on railway station, where you will get yummy Indian food at chutney restaurant. Drawback of the hotel is size of the room as they are very small.
