Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof

A good Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof with great staff. They were quite helpful with everything that was required. The location is perfect with just a minute walk to the station. Be mindful that the rooms are quite small for our liking but i think everything was just perfect. The restaurant isn’t much to speak about. Netflix or amazon would have been a plus point as all channels were local so there wasn’t much we could do with the tv in the room. View from the room

The location is great just opposite the main train station. Easy access to underground metro and trams also. Lots of restaurants and shopping available around and in the station about 3 tram stops away from stephansplatz. Hotel staff were courteous and kind. Room was clean and spacious and well maintained. There are direct trains from airport to the hauptbahnhof (station) so good connectivity for out station trains and for taking flights.

Best location if you want good connectivity, it’s walking distance from the main railway station, the place itself is not very lively but if you can adapt to travel-ling through subway or metro, train and tram you can reach any place in minutes, room was spacious as it was a family room, breakfast was good but expensive, staff is cooperative. Overall i like it because of its location.

I had a comfortable stay at novotel hauptbahnof vienna. The staff at the reception was very friendly and always ready to help. The location of the Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof was excellent with the main train station very nearby. It had many stores for shopping and many food options.

great location ,very comfortable to reach and explore. so Location is USP. so also rooms r comfortable. Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof easily accessible from Wien HBF , tram . i will highly recommend it to tourist who wants to explore city with public transport

Location was good. Very near to station. Property was also good. But for breakfast there were no options for vegetarians.

Comfortable and good access to train station

Nice property, clean property, excellent location with good connectivity, only drawback is the communication from the room to the reception as there are no phones in the room. All kinds of food available near by. Worth a stay for sure.

They have same breakfast everyday and they don’t give basic things like moisturiser until asked. Rooms are good

excellent location, just two steps from the main railway station of Vienna. This made it so convenient for us to plan our travel. Going anywhere was no issue
