Novotel Wien City

Nice hotel, right next to Danube. Breakfast is good. 30 min walking distance from main city centre and opera. Taxi takes around 7-12 euro. Pizza shop next to the hotel.

The property is good and is very close to metro which gives easy accessibility. The property also has good restaurant with wide spread of buffet breakfast. But we did face issue related to check in. We had to wait for more than an hour to check in as we were told that room was not ready even though it was already checkin time. Also there was some payment clearance issue with makemytrip with property which wasnt clear to us as we had done the payment. The hotel could not sort it with makemytrip in 6 days. Not sure whose issue is it but i expect makemytrip to clear such things to avoid inconvenience for international travellers .

We had very good experience Room was clean and good The Staff was very Cooperative and Helpful, we will like to mention one staff member CHANTAL took extra efforts to find our missing bag we are vary much thankful to her , Over all we loved our stay at Novotel city wien

Does not match the criteria of 4 star. The room was not working and even after reporting no one acknowledged. Restaurant has a different vendor so any query or anything you want to know will be routed to we are different and they are different. Did not had a proper side table and was a basic structure which could not hold one bottle. Water bottle in the room did not had a lid and was kept open all along is the assumption.

The room was decent, but the breakfast quality can improve. Location of the property is good and is close to the public transport points.

The accommodations are quite cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. They are impeccably clean, and the location is superb, within walking distance of all the lovely attractions.

Excellent location of hotel. Walking distance from St Stephan cathedral and a lot of pubs, coffee houses and restaurants. Nirvana is a Indian restaurant we visited and it is must have if you are missing Indian food after a couple of weeks in Europe.

The stay was satisfactory but had more expectations in the breakfast menu.

The hotel was well located near the bridge and walking distance from Opera house. The rooms were tastefully done and modern with excellent fittings. The bathroom was comfortable and they also gave us interconnecting rooms given I had place a special request for the same. Final verdict- good place and we enjoyed it.

Hotel staff was courteous and overall a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many Accor group of hotels. This is by far the worst. I stayed for 4 nights, 5 days in Vienna. The breakfast is repetitive and not replenished. Even in rooms daily coffee, tea soap etc are not given everyday and you have to constantly tell them to do it. Staff are generally rude and lacks knowledge and communication skill except Mr Zayid who was very helpful. Not much to talk about. As far as location you have to cross a bridge and inner start and also the main areas. It stands in a lonely lane.

Room bathing facilities were not proper. Despite several complaints no action taken. Staff is very rude. Specially the general manager is very rude and courteousness. Avoid staying in the hotel.
