Nice location , close to everything at district 1 . Walkable distance . Enjoyed my stay . Good breakfast .

Our stay at [Hotel Bay] was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with incredibly comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially.The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.

It’s a decent budget place. Although we paid heftily due to last minute booking. The rooms are medium sized. If you prefer continental food, try their sky restaurant.

Pros: rooms close to district 1 cons: small rooms which are not hygienic - the carpet and bathrooms need better cleaning prior to any guest checkin slow and understaffed reception that ensures a delayed check in and check out. No bellhop to help you with your luggage

The stay was great and the hotel had a lot of indians

No person available to carry the luggage to room. Furthermore, room were without windows and claustrophobic as well. Also, the hotel was very far from tourist attractions, due to which we have to spend much more money on the cab. Please consider this as a genuine review and consider booking hotel. Don’t book this hotel, even if you are getting it from free.

The hotel was absolutely terrible. There was a lot of suffocation. The toilet didn’t have a lock. None of the rooms had windows. Considering the price, the rooms were very small. Guests were not valued at all. Sometimes, the behavior of the staff was rude.

Small rooms with no widow and stratton, toilet exhaust does not work, out side view was poor, near main today, rooms are not sound proof, lot of traffic noise

It was okay one thing we didn’t have anyone to carry luggage

The room was without windows. In the description it is written as no view but does not further clarify that there are no windows at all. Ac was not working well. Hotel staff denied additional beer to be charged on room. Asked for cash. Further the staff denied providing chips stating the room service cannot give more than one packet of chips and i should buy from outside hotel.

Location excellent. Cleanliness good. Staff not trained very well. Housekeeping opens door with master key of family room. Does not understand what is wrong in doing that.

Good comfortable stay, the staff was co-operative. Good choice of food. Location of hotel is good. The staff of bay hotel, ho chin min helen, luna and lucas were very helpful in arranging taxi and early check in.

Bay hotel, perfect location, super service, totally value for money. Indian restaurant is at walkable distance. Truly customer friendly hotel. This is my third consecutive stay and fully satisfied.

The hotel was located in a prime location we have indian restaurants nearby and many spa centers. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were good and super hygienic. Would like to recommend friends and family.
