We reached the Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel & Spa early. They provided me with a room for early check in without any additional charge. And also i got an free upgrade from deluxe room to suite room. They had a nice buffet breakfast. The best part is, it’s in the old quarters. Hence going to site seeing is very easy.
