⚠️ Grand City View Hotel is a complete scam – not a hotel! ⚠️ They are cheaters, liars, and privacy violators. We stayed just one night and it turned into a nightmare. We checked in at 11 pm, went for a city tour in the morning, and when we came back, they shamelessly claimed they had “cleaned” all 4 of our rooms. Suddenly, they accused us of stains on bedsheets, charged us for making Maggi in the kettle, charged us for my baby vomiting on a towel, and basically found excuses to loot us for every single thing we touched. To make it worse, my husband accidentally left the room key inside in the rush to catch the bus, and they threatened to charge us for a “lost” key. Can you believe this? Even milk for my 1-year-old baby during breakfast was not free – they charged for that too! By the end, they slapped us with an insane bill of 33,65,000 VND for absolutely nothing but harassment. The staff is rude, heartless, and money-hungry. They have zero hospitality. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel – it’s a trap to exploit tourists. Worst stay of my life! I strongly warn everyone: never, ever book this so-called hotel and disrespected.

The hotel stay has been very nice with warm vibes offered by the ever helpful stag g from checking in to accepting a late check out request. The room had an eagle's eye view of almost the whole city of danang & was impeccably maintained with spacious interiors. All amenities were in place & and it's a nice place to be if one wants to have a quiet vacation. I would love to come back if i have another chance to visit danang city, which in itself is a lovely city.
