Bad check-in experience, but excellently made up by f&b service team

Really bad experience during check-in, they said no to every request that was made. But then the f&b team was amazing with their service, special mention about ms. An, ma. Dash and manager mr. Hui. Thanks. But terribly disappointed with makemytrip - the booking was including dinner- which was all but a soup and starter/one dish as was mentioned to me by the Hilton Da Nang, which was not mentioned by makemytrip. They called it dinner. Will never use makemytrip again.

Stay at Hilton Da nang was amazing. We booked for a room for three person and they provided three separate beds as per our wishes with extra bed at no cost. The view from the room was river view and it was enchanting. There was a what’s app message conversation with Hilton Da Nang staff readily available to serve you. The breakfast had lots of dishes as per individual taste. The overall experience was satisfying and will recommend this Hilton Da Nang to all.
