Best location for indian tourists ,hotel staff is co operated and room quality is too good people who wanted to stay in da nang for ba na hill and hoi an city tour hotel provided good transport nonees to advance booking for that

We had a wonderful stay at Cicillia Hotel & Spa during our trip to Da Nang. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from My Khe Beach, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely sea view. The rooftop pool was one of our favorite spots — peaceful with a beautiful view. The spa services were relaxing and worth trying. A special mention to Lily at the reception, who was extremely kind and helped us book our Hoi An and Ba Na Hills tours very smoothly. The staff overall were polite and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, though it would be great if they could add a few Indian options, as many Indian guests stay here. Overall, it’s a great hotel for couples and families, offering comfort, hospitality, and great value for money. Would love to stay again! 🌊

Excellent hotel; very near to My Khe Beach. Very good Indian Restaurants nearby... walking distance. Amenities are excellent...Indian breakfast options limited.

It was almost hassle free with booking with MakeMyTrip. I got many options in single app, with all inclusive prices.. Very user-friendly app. Just got the same room which I looked in app and was literally a good deal. Thanks Make my trip.. Hatsoff to the app designer.. More helpful and friendly than many branded apps in my view..

Had been charged for early checkin and dint even got the room which i originally booked! So worst ever experience ever. Spoken to the support team of MMT they also dint do any help! Worst experience ever again!

Hotel cicilia not a good place to stay rooms were good but facilities were very poor. Breakfast sharp 10 they start winding up infact 10 mins before only . Strict conditions regarding their usable stuffs

Truly enjoyable experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing environment. They even helped book our trips to Bana hills and Hoi An, which made our travel planning effortless. Fantastic breakfast spread with a variety of options. Right across the hotel is an ice cream seller and we enjoyed their Coconut ice cream specially the kid. For those seeking Indian food there are plenty of options in the vicinity. We liked Haveli which is a Punjabi dhaba but right behind the hotel there is Gopaljee which is a pure vegetarian restaurant. Also, the hotel is 2 mins walk from the beautiful My Khe beach and we had an ocean view room so nice view through the day. We also liked the convenience store opposite which is open 24/7. And when you come back from the beach you can get sandy clothes washed at low prices right across the street. Overall a great place for families looking for comfort and convenience.

Stay was good. Room size comparatively smaller. Rooftop pool was amazing. They can enhance the washroom and in room facilities along with regular coffee maker sachets.

It was at an excellent location .. the breakfast buffet was very well spread and specially a great liking to Indian taste buds . The rooms were neat and clean .. the spa was great .. the pool and the top deck was not upto the standard .. but overall a great experience ..
