Halina Hotel and Apartment

We stayed at Halina hotel for three days with family members. The hotel location is big plus. It is just 200 mts walk from beach. There are many shops nearby and many restaurants nearby. Room service and the behaviour of all the staffs are very good. They help a lot with planning a day and reservations.

The halina hotel is horrible. Room size is very small, without balcony. We struggled for 4 hrs resolving AC leakage issues, water dripping from AC, charging port issues . Very limited items in breakfast. Wont recommend

room was pretty small. bathroom doors are transparent and the curtains are not extending to the full glass section which was quite inconvenient.

Hotel is nearby beach and nice. Rooms are slightly smaller in size and could have been little bigger. Food is awesome. Staff is also very cooperative. Though small but swimming pool area is also nice. Connectivity is also good from Hotel location. Overall experience is good.

The hotel is quite good in terms of look, but the room size is quite less and hence no room for body movement much after getting off the bed. The bathroom is quite transparent and a little uncomfortable for families to stay who come with kids. Location is amazing and the people are nice. Their room service is average and they don't refill the shampoo and shower gel properly and it was not filled while checking in.

Review for Halina Hotel, Da Nang, Vietnam We had a pleasant stay at Halina Hotel. The food was absolutely awesome, and the location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, which added to the overall experience. The only issue we faced was a small one—my daughter accidentally broke a coffee cup, and we were charged for it. While I understand hotel policies, a little more flexibility or understanding in such cases would have been appreciated. Apart from that, everything else was great, and I’d still recommend the hotel for its service, food, and location.

It was great staff and room was clean. Overall good to stay. Staff is friendly by nature and helpful.

Property is really good for that price and rooms are good. Bathrooms should be air tight-ed because toilet smell comes to bedroom

Check in culture at this hotel is fine. Room is good, clean and spacious. Good wifi connection. Great breakfast with a variety of food and drinks to chose from. Miss rose is ever helpful with her good english. Location is okay

Pros: very close to the beach. Great rooftop pool. 24/7 mart at a minute's walk. Cons: the room is smaller than it looks. The air conditioning barely worked. We clearly booked a smoking room. And the hotel specifies smoking within premises. No mention of smoking only in designated areas. We respected the hotel rules but cut down our stay to only one day. Even with misleading information, the hotel stated that agoda refused a refund. We still chose to move out so not happy.
