Good Hotel with more Pros than Cons..

My stay was short but good at this Grand Gold Hotel. Hotel is located just across the road from sea beach and the beach is very clean.It’s a good Grand Gold Hotel at this price point. Its sea view rooms offer a great view of lady Buddha and the beach. Rooms itself are very spacious and well made. We were a family of 4 and were given junior suit room with sea view. Room was very very good. One drawback was, the buffet breakfast being served is majority Vietnamese food. You get few fruits, breads and vegetable options. If one is comfortable with trying out Vietnamese cuisine, then they offer a great number of options to choose from. Vegetarian person may face problem with food choices and that is true for your visit to any place in Vietnam. Thus, don’t expect any exceptions during your stay at this Grand Gold Hotel too… In all other aspects, the Grand Gold Hotel for me scores a bulls eye.. staff is very courteous. Pool on 19th floor is good and offers wonderful view of the ocean. If one would like to sip drinks, bar is also in 19th floor. Good place to stay but food might cause issues for some.

The Grand Gold Hotel staff is responsive and friendly. The front desk understands english and communication was easy. The location of the Grand Gold Hotel is just across the beach at a place which is not crowded. A decent place to stay and enjoy. The restaurant is also good offering a full view of the sea. The spread is decent with options of local and english breakfast. Overall a good experience

I initially booked only for 2 days but I extended the stay here for 2 more days as the staff were very friendly and also Ms.Hana especially helped us with booking bus as well to Hanoi and made it easy for us. Also the breakfast here is good better wold suggest to book along with breakfast and start your day energetic.

The Grand Gold Hotel location was amazing! roll up the curtains and you see sea right outside. It was serene, rooms were clean and the service was on point. Buffet could have been better with variations.
