Had a very pleasant stay.Great welcome drinks, foot massages and plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast. Rooms were clean and the view was amazing. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Ac was not working, and cleaning and facilities was very bad.

It was really aa wonderful experience If anyone is going to Danang then must stay here only because of lot of reasons like very near to airport, great breakfast options, Veg Indian restaurant near to it , ambience of rooms is beautiful with great views.

The food and location were amazing while the swimming pool and gym were underwhelming.The staff were very nice.

It's was s good experience, The all facilities available under one roof. 1.money exchange, tour, cab book. 2. swimming pool. gym. Break fast is also good. just wanted to let management know they should keep indian breakfast food as I saw half of the people staying in your hotel. Hope you understand. Thank you.

Stay was very pleasant. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was very competitively priced. Only problem is the food. Breakfast will not suit for Indians as it has mostly Vietnamese cuisine.

Mahalaxmi their is something wrong with the franchise now have been travel-ling to different routes with this services since past 10 years. But with time the staff has become rude and uncaring for your luggage and throwing it around randomly. Stopping at midway and not informing passengers. Water bottle is provided when asked. Plus mid way good quality restaurant and dhabas have turned into some low performing places. Seriously mahalaxmi we had expectations for you and trust also.

Our family of four stayed at the property for 4 days in oct24, it was really a good experience, view from the room is really good, we enjoyed a lot at the garden at the top floor as well pool /gym, view of bridge, dragon bridge and river, night market as well as beach is also near to the hotel, 5-10 mins cab ride is required, food is also good however lesser option for vegetarian, i highly recommend property for families

The property was to our surprise an amazing one. It has all the amenities for the amount we paid and in some cases, had higher amenities than expected. We had a great stay and was close to places to be visited. Some of the staff was really good and helpful however some were just trying to make money for no reason

I recently had the misfortune of staying at fivitel, and i must say, it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had in a hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, it was clear that this establishment does not prioritize guest satisfaction. I felt compelled to write this review in hopes that others will avoid the same unpleasant experience we endured. Check-in experience: our problems began right at the check-in desk. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait for an unreasonably long time. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing a smooth check-in process. There was no greeting, no smile, and certainly no warmth in the welcome. It felt as though we were an inconvenience to them. Room issues: once we finally got to our room, the disappointments continued. The room itself was adequate but had a few issues that needed attention. The locks on the doors were faulty, and we felt unsafe knowing that anyone could potentially gain access to our room. This is a basic safety feature that should be non-negotiable in any hotel. Additionally, the room had a musty smell, and it was evident that it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Energy saving measures at the expense of comfort: it is understandable that hotels need to implement energy-saving measures, but fivitel takes it to an extreme that severely impacts guest comfort. The air conditioning in the hallways and reception area was turned off to save energy, resulting in stifling heat and an uncomfortable environment. This is particularly unacceptable in a hotel where guests expect a certain level of comfort and relief from the weather outside. Breakfast buffet: the breakfast buffet was an absolute disaster. The selection was extremely limited, and the quality of the food was abysmal. Even basic items like bananas for the kids were not available. When we inquired about this, the staff simply shrugged it off and showed no interest in accommodating our request. The food that was available tasted stale and unappetizing. It was clear that no effort was made to ensure the freshness or variety of the offerings. Unresponsive staff: one of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the unresponsiveness of the staff. We made several requests for items that were missing from our room, such as towels and toiletries, but these were never restocked even after multiple reminders. The staff’s indifference and lack of concern for guest needs were astonishing. It felt as though they were actively avoiding providing any form of service. Maintenance and cleanliness: the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were severely lacking. Common areas were dirty, with trash bins overflowing and a general sense of neglect. The elevators were slow and often out of order, making it inconvenient to move between floors. The carpets in the hallways were stained and in dire need of replacement. Amenities and facilities: the amenities that were advertised on the hotel’s website were either unavailable or not as described. The fitness center was closed without any prior notice, and the pool was dirty and uninviting. It was incredibly disappointing to find that the facilities we were looking forward to using were not maintained or accessible. Customer service: customer service was virtually non-existent at fivitel. The staff appeared disinterested and untrained in handling guest issues. Any attempt to address our concerns was met with indifference and a lack of resolution. There was no effort to make our stay enjoyable or to rectify the numerous issues we encountered. Value for money: considering the myriad of issues we faced, the stay at fivitel was certainly not worth the money. We felt cheated out of a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel’s pricing does not reflect the quality of service and amenities provided, making it a poor choice for anyone looking to get value for their money. Safety concerns: beyond the broken locks, there were several other safety concerns. Fire exits were not clearly marked, and in some cases, they were obstructed by furniture or cleaning equipment. This is a serious safety hazard and shows a blatant disregard for guest well-being. Final thoughts: in conclusion, i would strongly advise against staying at fivitel. The combination of poor service, inadequate facilities, and a general lack of care for guests makes it a place to avoid. There are plenty of other hotels that offer better service, more comfortable accommodations, and a more pleasant overall experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your lodging needs. Our stay at fivitel was nothing short of a disaster, and i hope that by sharing our experience, others will be spared from the same fate. It is crucial for hotels to understand the importance of guest satisfaction and to strive towards providing a welcoming and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, fivitel falls woefully short in every aspect. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so overwhelmingly negative that i felt compelled to share. Hopefully, the management at fivitel takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests do not endure the same dreadful stay that we did. Suggestions for improvement: staff training: the hotel needs to invest in comprehensive training for their staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest needs and concerns with professionalism and care. Maintenance: regular maintenance checks should be conducted to ensure that all locks, air conditioning units, and other essential features are in proper working condition. Cleanliness: a thorough cleaning regimen should be implemented to maintain the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas. Breakfast buffet: the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet need significant improvement. Fresh and basic items like fruits should always be available. Customer service: the hotel must work on improving their customer service standards to ensure that guest issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Until these changes are made, i cannot, in good conscience, recommend fivitel to anyone. Our stay was a lesson in what a hotel should not be, and i hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential guests.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel and the balcony river view was amazing. We were also offered a free upgrade to a nicer room when we checked in.

Location is amazing. Views from swimming pool area and terrace area are the best. Staff was very friendly and supportive
