Terrible Stay

Poor Hotel and Service, They Dont know Any Languages, Staff is least interested in serving their guests and denies to help for anything. They take mandatory 5 lac dong deposit which is unfair. Food and Service is Pathetic with limited options that too no choice for Vegetarians. Total Waste of Money. House keeping and Front office staff is horrible and uncooperative. location of hotel is pathetic. dont stay and they are simply making tourist stay as hell who comes to vietnam. No sugar or toileteries in room. Ac not working.
