Right across the beach at prime location with lots of eateries and convenience stores all around. Breakfast has variety and is tasty, but repeated. Amenities was enough and they also give afternoon high tea between 2-4 pm.

The stay felt cold and impersonal. No warmth, no real effort to make guests feel welcome. I asked for an extra key card and instead of just helping, a young intern decided to warn me — rather dramatically — about a huge fine if I lost it. Not exactly the kind of response you'd expect on a holiday. What really left a bad taste, though, was being charged for a stationery item we never even saw. No one showed it to us at check-in, and we didn’t have the time to argue — we were headed to the airport. A disappointing end to an already forgettable experience.
