The property is vast, boasting around 600 rooms and a decent swimming pool. Unfortunately, it is not well-maintained. The staff, particularly in the lobby, are quite rude. The breakfast selection is limited and of low quality. Additionally, the common areas, including the dining hall, are not air-conditioned. A major inconvenience is that room service is only available until 10 pm. For basic necessities like water, guests must use the vending machines. However, i recommend booking a superior room, as it offers excellent value for the price.

"Beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An! The entire staff are ever smiling, friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The The Pearl Hoi An's location was perfect, right next to the beach and also for exploring Hoi An's ancient town. A dip in the vast and beautiful pool is a must. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet - delicious local and international options. Only deducted a star because they could have had a few more vegetarian options. Overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!"
Spacious, Good view but no outside foo

We stayed for couple of days in one of the 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious and all the facilities were good. The sea view was really great to have. Only downside for Indian tourist is that they do not allow outside food and neither you can use kitchen they provide which doesn't make sense considering it is an apartment they provide for. Further there are limited veg options like couple of them in there menu on A-la-carte.

Hotel is big and has so many things to explore with us aay access to beach. Pool was under renovation but pools at villa was opened. Good food options.

This resort has almost everything you want, i was thrilled by the vastness of the property. The pool and the beach which is kind of private. Free bus service to h oi an (5km) is an extra benefit.

The property is on the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Though the breakfast spread was limited, it was good. It's just 10 mins walking from an bang beach. Spa is must try.
