This is just across DLR custom house stop, there are two bus stop breakfast is average, okay if you are not fussy. Not much choice unlike other Ibis Mr taylor is a great person. Night staff need to be more understanding. AC was not working nor was wifi even after several complaints but were, insensitive, they like time gossiping but of no help. However, the morning manager, Mr Sidhath, if I remember the name correctly at one go understood the issue and went great length to give me the comfort most needed. He is an asset (deserves 5) should be a lesson to others. Made my day with all discomforts previously hovering with those night shift staff.

Hotel is good for a short stay. Just next to DLR station. Room was nice. Washroom is a bit small in standard room. Has a nice pub.
Washroom was very small. It was very difficult to take bath. Also toiletries should be provided.

Same breakfast everyday. Small rooms. But value for money. Close to metro station. We paid arould 23k for 4 nights. Hotel is located near custom house metro station. WiFi speed is good. Hotel has atm machine also.
