Our overall stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were quite old and clearly in need of renovation to improve comfort and appearance. We experienced a delay of about 20 minutes during check-in, and the reception service by Mr. Dinesh was not very welcoming . However, the breakfast provided was excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a good variety of options. During our stay, we noticed that one of the cots had a faulty leg, but to the hotel’s credit, it was promptly attended to and fixed without delay.

Great rooms, amazing hospitality, the receptionist who attended us was amazing, he had great conversation with our kid and helped us with all the information we needed, he also gave a few cookies to our kid, the rooms were neat and clean!

Good Experience with the hotel, It is situated 5 minutes away from Shepard Bush tube station and has a central location. The rooms were well air conditioned and clean

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to move around. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the amenities provided were comfortable and well-maintained. The services overall were excellent, with staff being polite and attentive. One small area of improvement would be offering a bit more assistance with luggage during checkout, which would make the experience even smoother. Overall, a great stay and I would highly recommend it

A 3 day business trip. Breakfast spread was great. For a vegetarian like me, there was sufficient and healthy options.

It was a very good stay . the hotel is in an amazing location with great connectivity. there are small and big rooms in the same price bracket. so please ask for bigger rooms . breakfast at 15 pounds is a very good option

Average stay, we order food through uber where out food was given in front office later when we checked out it was not available, how could they even be so careless and give to someone else

The property location was good, reception was gr 8, clean room with a nice view, hospitable staff and a gr 8 breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently closed to shepherds bush train station and westfield shopping centre.
