Hilton London Wembley

My second time in a Hilton and I am again not impressed. Unimpressive lobby which has no seating place, no washrooms. Rooms are average with dirty slabs in the washroom. Room phones have indicators which don’t work. Average breakfast which doesn’t change at all for days. Not worth the money.

Booking not confirmed n supported by hotel management even if payment is made. Harassed without my fault

Very good hotel with excellent connectivity with all the stations. All the facilities were very good pool steam and sauna. Must stay option with value for money

The hotel is ideally located clean rooms staff is friendly they accommodated our special request to make our stay comfortable

The services was not as per the reviews. Hygiene was good and safety precautions were taken care off

The hotel is located in a very lively area and the hotel staff has a proactive approach in serving the customers.

Overall everytime I stay in this hotel I find it very comfortable, staff is welcoming, room size is good and late check-out is available on request

Being Hilton. Staying in Suite. I would expect better service. Not happy at all.
Hot water in shower, very bad. Water was just Luke warm. In spite of multiple complaints nothing changed. Very unhappy.

Awesome experience. Great food, affordable expenses most important of them all its close proximity to the Wembley Stadium. You can see the famous arch right out of your window. The hotel staff are nice and pretty helpful with all our requests.

Decent property the only draw back is that they do not have their own parking. The food was acceptable. Nothing to die for. The location of the hotel is awesome just next the Wembley stadium. And due to arena and stadium it can be chaotic on event days. Overall experience was satisfactory.
