Thistle London Heathrow Terminal 5

I was transiting through uk on my way to usa. My stay at thistle was peaceful. Exactly what i needed. Yes the rooms could use an upgrade in terms of furnishing but the beds were comfy and relaxing. I am highly indebted to mr. Daniel, manager at the front desk, who helped me out of a very critical situation. Thank you to you sir. From the airport one can find a taxi n a bus to the hotel.

Stay was good, everything was well organized, but it was a hassle going from the hotel location to the central london, although worth the hassle that you get to see the views from the buses. Highly recommend to use the bus as a means of your transport. Bus times london is the app you need.

The place was very close to heathrow airport gate 5 and a very comfortable place to stay. Well connected to bus stops for easy travel from the airport. Very polite staff and a very peaceful place to stay.

Go to terminal 5 and catch bus 423 from bus stop 6 to reach the hotel. I would recommend to stay there, get a oyster card and then visit central london, cambridge, oxford, southampton, bath.

It was a nice hotel near the airport and excellent transportation service from the airport to the hotel. Rooms were little small and no major amenities in the room. Most of the staff were indian and great runway view restaurant.

Maintaince was poor, assistance was not available on electrical failure. After answering first call reception didn't bother to answer

I was looking for a place to spend a night and take rest on my way to the next destination. This hotel just offered that, close to the airport, clean, cozy, no much of frills, just sit for my requirements

Great new experience. The rooms were small but the staff were great they changed my room. The breakfast was good and the view from there with the runway of Heathrow Airport was great.

They have all the pods service and parking facilities available

The hotel runs a shuttle service to and from all the Heathrow terminals at 6 sterling oneway.

The location is great if you are traveling to or from London Heathrow Terminal 5.

Clean. No elevator. Good staff. Good connectivity, 6 from hotel to Terminal 2 and 3.

There is no lift in the hotel so stay prepared to lift your luggage yourself and walk to your room. Ambience is average and rooms are small. Overall a bad experience

The hotel staff is friendly, rooms clean and the best part. There are hop up buses for Airport picking u up right in front of the reception all round d day.

Good location. Accessible from all terminals. Rooms are clean. Downside is there is no lift. If anyone with heavy luggage they help out. Worth the price
