Excellent Stay
Good near uber boat so travelling to places was easy for 10£ for each trip per person Breakfast had no variety same thing all days

Worst stay experience at doubletree hilton, chelsea
familyWe were travel-ling with a family. The hotel does not reply to emails pure arrival. Hotel does not help in carrying luggage nor information about going around city. Room service cleaned room incomplete and in evening a drunk service person was sent to take out trash. One of the worst hilt-on experiences.
