We checked in on room 1021, and the room wasn’t cleaned after last guest ( bed not done, towels on the floor, rubbish on table. They changed the room. We downloaded the menu, however, when we wanted to order the food wasn’t the same. They simply apologized that they haven’t updated the menu. The waiter at wine tower don’t know what was on the menu when asked what comes with(as i have allergy. At check out we had been charged for 2 breakfast while it was included in the room. Wont be staying there again

Location was good and value for money near to airport rooms are nice we have no time to check food, 5 star amenities were available. Overall very good service and good experience. I would like to visit it again some other time. Thank you.
