coupleOur check-in was delayed by 50 minutes because they didn't have our MMT booking on their system. Also, the name of the hotel is changed to "Thistle Hotel" instead of original booking name "Every Hotel" due to which we faced huge troubles to find out the exact location of the property. The adjoining room was very disturbing as children kept on banging room to room door When we complaint about it, the staff took it in a casual way. Reception staff was disappointing as they waited for us 15 minutes to assist us because the lady manager was busy on call. I rate 2 stars out of 5 stars
