It was a good hotel with good services

Wonderful stay with tasty breakfast. Very good staff. Super big room with clean and well furnished. Nice bathroom.

The hotel is located close by to the tube station. The. There are a lot of eating joints nearby also. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and accomodating.

I thought my hotel date change request should have been resolved. I had to cancel fully and then do another search all over again. The flight changes, charges and the convenience is excellent. For flights always use mm t unless booking on points. For stays you guys need to go a bit further!

The breakfast wasn't great. The breakfast menu doesn't change at all, it's been 6 months and 3 trips, the menu is boring and the same.

I am very worried about my hotel booking by make my trip but in london hotel hospitality was very good and we enjoyed there so much, thank a lot to my travel agent mm t for your assistance and made my travel very ease and convenience

The location in white-chapel makes it very convenient to access many areas in the central london areas via public transport the immediate neighbourhood has lots of options for food and shopping. The alleys behind, leading to the mile end main road, may not feel very safe late in the night but otherwise they were fine during the rest of the day.

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. There was not a single time i felt dissatisfied. Room was clean and hygienic with all necessary facilities. Bus stop was just opposite the hotel and white-chapel and aldgate east are nearest tube stations.

I had pleasant stay in hotel. Excellent food with lot of variety and chef made few items on request. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Excellent property, a little low on staff. Good rooms, good breakfast, would have preferred more options for vegan/vegetarian. Otherwise excellent.

Not much choice on food. Fixed bf menu everyday. No recreation for kids/no play area. Location not so suitable for tourists who want to explore Town, too far from most of the popular tourist spots.

The location and surroundings of the hotel are quite dirty. Inside the hotel was good but the staff didn't seem to be too enthusiastic about their job. Something very different from my experience in other Holiday Inn hotels. I checked in early after a 12 hour travel and was told very coldly by a staff member on front desk named Shaikhul that no rooms were available for early check-in. While that is understandable, it was unpleasant to See that he did not proactively notify us once the room was available and it was only after repeated reminders that a room could be arranged. On a positive note, room service was very quick and interiors were neat.

It was overall good, stayed for six nights. I asked for one hour late check-out they asked me for extra money, I surprised.
