The location in white-chapel makes it very convenient to access many areas in the central london areas via public transport the immediate neighbourhood has lots of options for food and shopping. The alleys behind, leading to the mile end main road, may not feel very safe late in the night but otherwise they were fine during the rest of the day.

I thought my Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel date change request should have been resolved. I had to cancel fully and then do another search all over again. The flight changes, charges and the convenience is excellent. For flights always use mm t unless booking on points. For stays you guys need to go a bit further!

The staff of this Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel is very friendly and helpful. There was not a single time i felt dissatisfied. Room was clean and hygienic with all necessary facilities. Bus stop was just opposite the Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel and white-chapel and aldgate east are nearest tube stations.

Excellent property, a little low on staff. Good rooms, good breakfast, would have preferred more options for vegan/vegetarian. Otherwise excellent.
