We are thoroughly disappointed with your front desk services.We checked in at 9:30 pm & were given a room 5050 where the lights would not lit by inverting the key.Another room our luggage was shifted room 5027 & when we reached the room after dinner we found the carpet was totally soaked with water.The front desk expressed their inability to help & we were left with no alternative.Absolutely regretful
