This Park Grand London Kensington has an excellent team at the front desk and the people involved in concierge services. Helpful, pleasant and strive to add value. They could speak more swiftly at the front desk, there is no need for everyone to know what matter is being dealt with. The restaurant has great serving staff. Equally service oriented, But don't look inside the kitchen area during breakfast, which is in plain view There are some surly people out there and the cleanliness and food handling is of poor standard. Servicing of the rooms and bathrooms is at times amateurish. In a stay of ten nights, this was evident.
The cleaning of the room definitely needs to improve. It was of variable standard and I did not bother rectifying since I did not have the time.

The checkin and checkout was extremely smooth. The people at the front desk were very warm and helpful. Mist of all chris, giles, rohan and rencil. Chris helped me so much as would my own child. I can’t thank him enough. Any problem we just had to tell them and it was done. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Would love to go back. It was so near earl’s court so no commuting problem. And there were super markets, launderettes and restaurants at walking distance. Loved my stay here. Thank you

The Park Grand London Kensington is very close to the earl's court metro line which is well connected to most of central Paris. The staff are very helpful and very eager to please. The small things that they do really makes one feel welcome and good, especially for a tourist away from home. I would highly recommend this Park Grand London Kensington.

The staff from reception to Concierge to housekeeping were all very warm and friendly. I enjoyed the little chairs and infused water set out at reception every afternoon. Location was great very easy access to Earl's Court station with groceries, food markets and restaurants close by.

Superb location with the Park Grand London Kensington just a few metres away from earls court Station and well connected to London Heathrow and the shopping streets. The staff as always was super helpful and nice

Great front desk staff and an amazing problem solving manager, mr. Giles d'souza. But housekeeping requires big upgrade, e. G. Despite reminders the bed is always badly made up, and traveller has to make it up if s/he needs good night's sleep. They seem plain lazy.
