We stayed for one night. The location of the hotel is perfect, just near the Paddington station. Check-in and check-out was seamless. The only issue was the room. For the first room, the AC was not working. For the second room provided, the washroom door wouldn't close properly and made so much noise during opening and closing. Definitely not a 4 star as it claims. 2-3 star hotels have better rooms. People on the night shift are a bit lazy. Had to change the room on our own even though it was the room issue. The stairs are so narrow and this place has only one lift.
