Very bad approach if you reach via national express. Toilet sheet was trembling and making a move while in use. Poorly lit room.

Large and comfortable rooms, friendly hotel staff and a number of good restaurants around. They have a covered walkway and a monorail that leads to the north and south airport terminals. So it’s a great option for a stay if your flight is at gatwick.

Hilton was disappointing

Room overlooking car park with huge skip below window so very noisy from 7 am onwards with things crashing into the skip. Curtains hanging off rail so unable to close proper so couldn’t shut lights from car park out. Room should have been checked and curtain mended before putting guest in and would suggest avoid using rooms near the skip. Last time stayed at premier inn and had a better night.
