Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo

Hotel location is very good. B/f is good. Near to waterloo station and london eye but staff not fraindly. We have ask for heater seating twice but no one has come. But rooms are clean and good

It was really a pathetic experience from such a big brand. Stay was not at all value for money. Hospitality is pathetic. Very small rooms, no concierge, don't give water bottles in rooms, rude staff, pathetic breakfast and many more. Not at all all recommended

Excellent location. Very close to underground. Breakfast buffet is fine and has a lot of variety.

The location was very good with very less traffic in the area. The room were decent and cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was good but it is same everyday

Everything was good about the hotel, the staff was super helpful and cordial. The only backdrop was we stayed there for four days and even though they have a great breakfast spread- it’s consistent and never changing so we got bored eating the same food every morning. Hope they did some variations with the breakfast.

Good to stay as it is near to most of the tourist attractions.

It was located at a very convenient spot for commute in terms of metro connectivity and other touristy stuff.
The staff could have been more helpful in keeping our luggage for one night as we were checking back in the next day. It left a bad taste after all the facilities.

Very convenient location, nearby bus stop, train station and major attractions.
There was good view to the city from the room.

It is not a full service hotel: no minibar in the rooms, no parking (even for fee). The beds are very hard and no solutions are provided by the staff. The mattress of the extra bed was worn with springs coming out, and again the staff refused to change it, saying that it is the same in all rooms. Cleaning was not sufficient - some residuals from previous guest were found under the bed. However, breakfast is very good, the location is central but quite.

Amazing location just next to Thames river got the room with spectacular view of London eye.. The restaurant is fantabulous.. During buffet, I could not find anything specific, so they cooked Especially on my demand and that too delicious.. A big thumbs up.
