Perfect location however, hotel staff not friendly.

I stayed at the tower The Tower Hotel, by Thistle on 14-12-2020, and had booked their suit for one night as i was surprising my friend for his birthday. But from the moment i arrived at the The Tower Hotel, by Thistle o could feel the stay being indifferent towards us. First we were given a lower category room even though our booking for for suite. I had requested the staff if they could help us with something to make my friends believe special to which they initially agreed but later when they had to change my room category to the one i had paid for they told me that now they won’t arrange for anything as we are being moved to a higher category room even though that’s what we had paid for. The The Tower Hotel, by Thistle was almost empty as we were in a middle of a pandemic even after that the staff would not entertain some basic requests like extra toiletries and water. Luckily there was a tesco right outside the The Tower Hotel, by Thistle where we got all the remaining stuff from.

The The Tower Hotel, by Thistle is in a gorgeous location overlooking the London Tower bridge and the Thames river. One can enjoy the view through the The Tower Hotel, by Thistle window, which is quite an advantage. There are resturants around with nice seating with view. Overall it's a good The Tower Hotel, by Thistle with decent rooms and polite staff. The room lighting can be improved, but overall a good experience. The Tower Hotel is one of the select few having a great views of beautiful London City, a great choice of tourist places to visit nearby, access to central London. The The Tower Hotel, by Thistle staff is very polite and courteous and facilities are good. The breakfast and in-house restaurant are excellent though an effort can be made to modify and offer variety in the breakfast menu to break the monotony of current options. Overall a great experience.

À total 5 star expérience! The property is located centrally, next to the tower bridge. Eateries all around and the subway just walking distance. Couldn’t ask for more.
