Upon arrival we were welcomed by the most friendly, kind and inviting host Joao. He instantly made us feel as if we were home and set us up in a nice room. The room was well stocked, clean, and bed and bedding SO comfortable. After settling in we decided to explore the area for some food and went back to St Martins Lane lobby to meet Patrick the concierge. He is one of the most knowledgeable, passionate, experienced concierge I have ever met. He knows where to send his clients for the best food experience. All the restaurants he sent us to were unique, delicious, and an experience. I could go on with many more examples of how great this St Martins Lane experience was but I’ll just say we will return next time we are in London 😍
