excellent place of stay! centrally located, great spread of food to choose from, the chef's made us hot milk tea with superb breakfast,the bed needs fixing as it made a lot of noise while turning, HK was good keeping the room clean and excellent front office service! my second stay in hilton and I loved

It was a good stay very close to Central London and all major attractions. Only down point is the tube. station is 15 min walk away. But the bus stop is 2 min away and can be used to travel.

It was good experiance and good strit got eassy bus and tron-spur all is good good shoping arri to shoping

Nice property in kensigton. Worth a stay. Good facilities and rooms. Courteous staff and connectivity to buses and trains.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Good access to shops nearby. Close to transport locations. Fish in the breakfast was great.

Cons: The room was really small. Elevators didn’t work frequently. Water pressure in the shower was really slow. Staff couldn’t find my reservation for a long time and I spent more than 30 minutes checking in. Pros: restaurant is really good and the breakfast buffet is above average.

Location is good that's the main point. Everything near and it's cheaper.

It was a very good very experience overall. The staff was courteous. The front office staff were very polite and accommodating. Made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was also close to my place of work which made it more convenient

Good location, great connectivity by bus. Good staff, they were helpful throughout the stay. The rooms are really dated and a bit depressing interiors. Got a room on 8th floor with no window. One balcony that cannot be opened. Two bed makes noise when you move on it 3 the floor layout was so confusing with steps within each floor making it worse. Had to carry bags on these small steps. I planned to look for another hotel during my stay here, so the rooms are that bad. We were not able to believe that it was a hilt on property.

The Hotel is very convenient for guest who are visiting Olympia convention. The hotel is old though clean and adequately maintained. The lobby is very ordinary and if not for participation in trade show in Olympia the hotel is not value for money.
The shower area was horrible you have to so careful in climbing the bath tub a small mistake would end you in a hospital The shower ceiling was barely 6 feet making it really uncomfortable The rooms were old fashioned and so was Hotel they have over prized it probably taking advantage of its affinity to Olympia trade center.

The location is extremely comfortable for business traveler for Pure London. The staff was friendly n helpful The room were clean n basic and for business travel the hotel was nice n comfortable
