Park Grand Paddington Court

The place is very good. it's very near to Paddington metro station. the hospitality and break is also good

no matter the number of nights you stay, they give one bottle of water. the rooms are very small esp the single bed same set menu for bfast every morning. no change whatsoever.

Very small rooms, hardly any space to even walk. You have to drag your heavy suitcases over stairs to reach your rooms.

Great experience, staff at reception was very friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy. Only issue was lift which was at other end of the hotel.

The hotel is quiet close to paddington station just about 5-7 mins walk, had some shops and restaurants nears by, even indian restaurant is also close by. Rooms are bit small for first floor their isn't a lift so one has to carry the luggage to rooms and climb some stairs. Breakfast is good with option of hash browns, baked potato, beans, croissant. So overall good for travellers. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Pathetic rooms and service is very poor. There's nothing grand about this place. Very shady and dark

The room size was pathetically small. The waiters giving service during breakfast were arrogant ( especially the one who is originally from goa, india. We didn’t even get the daily mandatory two bottles of water in the room even after asking.

The hotel itself was good, more 3 star than 4. The location was very good near paddington station. But the room wasn’t good, it was in the back and there was no lift access. We had to haul our luggage 2-3 floors. No free water except the first day. Other amenities were good wi-fi, microwave, kettle etc. Room was the only disappointment frankly

Property is located in an excellent place very close to tube and train station, rooms were neat and clean. Room service was also very good. Hotel staff was very helpful

Very good location, close to paddington station, lots of restaurants yet a quiet silent place. Very good staff always ready to help. We stayed for 6 nights and had booked a club room. Though the rooms are small but other convince compensates the same. Hyde park is 5-7 minutes walk and great place for morning walks and coffee. We will stay there again.

No lift and no frequent staff availability, rooms smell badly so upkeep is horrible. Room size is like a pigeon hole and quite quite bad

The hotel is a at a very good location. Hyde park is just nearby and that too the best part if it. Though our rooms were small but by oaying a token money we got it upgraded and were very happy. Staff was cery polite and courteous. Its a good value for money

Hotel rooms are clean and location is also good but on the flip-side rooms are too small and claustrophobic. Access to the room is also very congested. You cannot even carry a luggage properly.
