The Dilly

they have shitty old rooms where the floor makes a creaky sound, dark gloomy with absolutely no space to move. had to pay 30 pounds per night extra to get a decent room AC stopped working and had to sleep in cooler for a night and entire next day. Manager was so rude and denied all the problems with the hotel and didn't give us any concession for all these issues. only location is nice, would never recommend this to anyone

The dolly is located in the right place everything that’s needed for a tourist is walking distance like metro, shopping arcades and some nice places. Staff is nice and helpful. Full marks on cleanliness. Overall it was an excellent hotel.

My stay in the dilly, piccadily, london, was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel's greatest plus point is its terrific location, in the midst of central london. All the happening streets of london are around the dilly. The staff is very courteous and helpful and they cater to all your needs. The concierge desk is amazing where each one of the staff guides you wonderfully through one's holiday. Be it the food, the service, the ambience. All are excellent. The check in and checkout both are smooth. Would like to stay in the same place on our next visit to london.

Rooms are big but old and thus not catering to recent facilities. Toilets are small in comparison to room and with no latest comforts. Basically an old construction and thus those -ve aspect. Location is really good. Staff and food is very good.
