Umm Al Quwain Beach Hotel

It's hard to find anyone to help their and I'm not happy with the process Calling too much and was with any help with Sanath. Good way.

The hotel facilities are great...breakfast has very limited option but not bad..the room was good (but) i found a lizard in the room last night and that wasn’t nice at all..they changed my room after but i wasn’t feeling safe or good bcz of that

worst service i never seen before, rude stuff and rude receptionist tge guy who’s working in receptionist was unwelcoming and rude to me then the room was so bad not comfortable, the lighting inside is so dark yellow and bed then the ac doesn’t work and old it makes too much noise then the bathroom so small and you can’t fit in so i couldn’t use the toilet there also the leaving area was uncomfortable and had a bed small in the sofa over all it doesn’t worth the money i paid. also the beach was too dirty with trash inside the water since it has a private access so they have to clean it at least, in addition too many july fish in the beach that beats me many times. the lumi bar was ok however the service was too slow i was always waiting for my drinks during my lounge there and for dinner i waited almost 45min….. i had a nightmare stay in that hotel and i will never ever come back there or recommend it to someone at all.

Everything was good for the price, the breakfast is very good, the pool could be cleaner, and need maintenance as a lot of tiles are missing, we’ve been told that the pool is pet free, but dogs where passing by, when we complained the lifeguard didn’t let them pass anymore. They provide towels, shampoo, body-wash and conditioner, they don’t provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, flipflop and other hotel stuff
