Rooms were pathetic. No proper things like bath kit or dental kit. Washrooms have gutter smell. Even no stirrer and sugar with coffee. Everytime, we need to call reception to get something. Internet was never working at all and curtains are not closing together which affects room privacy

Food: good location good facilities : bad

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean, the buffet is very good, and the swimming pool is excellent for adults and children, but the sea needs a little care because there is a lot of algae.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

Actually all the employees were very friendly. But the hotel needs a lot of work. The breakfast was less than average. However the outdoor area is nice

Good - beach access and the pool - good for one day events to work on -not for family stay, room was not spacious, we booked for a king size deluxe room but ended up getting a room with two twin bed. Shower was not working informed them no one came, not even a single mat on the floor so the room gets dirty especially after the beach access. Quality of the room is decent but not for family with kids. Worst part there is no privacy even within our room as one could clearly hear what the next room guest were talking - with little kids it is really rough as there is constant disturbance till late night. Felt like i was living in some old desolated building looking at the condition of the building. Lift is worse

They don't have creamer for your coffee in your room even if you ask for it. The rooms and very dimly lit and have white light in them and not the warm kind. The room access card wouldn't work and it had to be sorted at the reception. The dining tables don't have pepper and salt. The tv in the room was from the mesozoic era. The worst part was getting here - there is construction happening all over and there were no clear sign boards leading to the resort. Overall, the experience was poor and not worth the aed. 1, 700- that was paid. I've been to hotel apartments that had better services!

We can use pool but other amenities are below average. Beach side also not recommended for swimming… Overall not up to the mark.

The breakfast was good but we did not enjoy the facilities. It was pretty average

I stayed here with my family and friends last week. First of all, the name of the place itself is misleading as there is no beach/sea and just water which is full of moss and smells terrible. Could not even go inside it. The rooms just had a bed, table, chair etc and no feel of a beach resort at all. No housekeeping or garbage collection from the rooms, which is a minimum necessity. The washroom had water logging on the floor. To have food on the tables laid out in the hotel compound is absolutely impossible because of the stray cats which keep coming to the table. It was so terrible and unhygienic; children were scared and we had to take the food to the room and have it there. We had a tough time shooing away the cats and not a single member of staff was available to help us. Would definitely not want to go back there and would not recommend it to anyone as well.

Lift didn't work throughout our stay. (we stayed at 4th floor) jacuzzi not operational. Literally nothing for breakfast.

The place was very good neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and good.

There is no international variety of breakfast only indian ( south ) food. Room service like cleaning is not good you have to call and ask to clean room before cleaning.

If there is enough length of beach access to walk, it would have been like cherry on the cake. The beach is very short to walk around but enough to swim

We booked for a room with bath tub, but upon arrival we realized that not only the room had no bath tub but also the room was the most mediocre and not at all worth the substantial money we paid. The spring bed was very noisy and most uncomfortable. The swimming pool was always crowded and not at all suitable for couples who want to spend quiet and peaceful time. Loud music and people screaming at all times. Unless you are planning with a group, this place is not at all suitable for couple stay.

Excellent property and very convenient for activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
