Had a quiet and short stay at the property. Chose the property since it was a quick getaway from Ruwais. I want to specially mention the service team at 28 degrees restaurant the afternoon of my check-in. Both the lady and the gentleman are very warm and friendly. Service was top-notch. Also a huge shout out to the gentleman in the lobby, the lobby host from Andra Pradesh in India. He is a true asset to the resort. My best wishes to the team.

We have visited numerous times prior to this stay. The property was in dire need of repairs. Air conditioning in the cabins has a bad moldy smell. We had to turn them off. The bicycles provided were in a sorry state. I had 3 bicycles that had flat tires and all of them had rusty chains and gears did not shift. Staff was very apologetic about the sorry state of affairs but could not do much as all the bicycles are the same. Facilities are getting tired and in need of refurbishment soon. Bicycles are in a real sorry state with many having flat tires and totally rusted chains. Air conditioning in the cabin has strong moldy smells.

The whole stay was perfect. We have a blast experience and during our stay all the staff was very accommodating and warm
