The Memory at on on Hotel

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. It’s located just walking distance from Old Town attractions. The property is maintained along with appreciable service.

Beautiful place to stay right in the heart of old Phuket town. The property is superbly decorated all over with unique antique items. A reading area is also available upstairs. Our room was comfortable and cozy. The staff were sweet and helpful. Hotel has complementary tea, coffee, cookies almost through the day. We even got a map from them to cover all attractions in town. The hotel itself is a picturesque landmark and everything was walkable for us from there. Many nice cafe and restaurants in the vicinity. Would definitely stay here again.

Location : This cute little rustic hotel is situated in the heart of old phuket town . It's the oldest hotel in town and it's interiors bear the architectural structure of the same. It's a simple stay in with all the necessary amenities - no food served but cafes around make up for it 2. Check in : it was super easy and fast. They provided us with thai tea while we waited for a while. Extremely generous of us to accomodate us 3 hrs before check in without any additional charge . 3. The rooms were clean and no odour or noise. 4. Since it was old town and we arrived on a Saturday the road in front becomes a walking street on Saturday with beautiful small shops along with local pubs . I particularly loved the anfield pub down the road though I am a chelsea fan. Check out was equally fast. The staff I must say were the highlight. will definitely come back. Love , Hazel and Vijay.

Hotel is at a perfect location, who so ever is looking to stay in old town Phuket. Hotel itself a masterpeice to explore Rooms are cute and unique Staff is very polite and helpful Thanks for the lovely stay We will come back

We had a short stay here, just one night. But the hotel is really interesting. A lot of character. For the cost it’s probably the best stay we have ever had. They do free snacks for their guests everyday.

My recent stay at the memory hotel in phuket was unfortunately overshadowed by a disappointing experience upon arrival. As we checked in, we were met with a room that emitted an unpleasant odor, which immediately dampened our excitement. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, regrettably, they did not provide the assistance we had hoped for. The lack of prompt action or any meaningful resolution from the staff was disappointing. We were left to deal with the situation on our own, which significantly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. The initial impression of the hotel was tarnished by this unfortunate incident, and it colored our perception for the rest of our time there. Despite this setback, the room itself was adequately comfortable, and the amenities met our basic needs. However, the lack of assistance from the staff in addressing the odor concern left a lasting impression. On a positive note, the cafe at the memory hotel served super yummy croissants, which were a delightful treat during our stay. Additionally, while the hotel's location was convenient, it was not enough to compensate for the disappointing start to our stay.

This is the most beautiful hotel to stay at in phuket. If you want to soak in a cultural experience in phuket, then this is the hotel you should stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was extremely clean and just had a beautiful smell.

The hotel is absolutely brilliant. The heritage property adds to the overall experience. The hotel room is decently sized and the staff is extremely polite & helpful. I would definitely come back here. The location is a big plus.

The hotel’s overall ambience is nice. It has beautiful architecture and the location in right in centre of old Phuket town. However the main negative was the room size that was quite small. Also the bathroom was very basic in its look and fool. The housekeeping is quite bare minimum. If you call for any need they simply don’t answer. Had to go to reception twice during my stay for some issues. Overall, feel there are better options in Phuket including beach front resorts for this price point.

Everything about the hotel is perfect : location, aesthetic, amenities, service, and gracious staff.

Great property with impressive interiors. Addition of cafe services, higher visual balcony segregation between the rooms and complimentary bar each day (rather than once per stay as the same is offered on a stay of 1 day only too, are some considerations that the management can evaluate. All in all, great location with proximity to most things that one would want to visit during the stay in the old town.

It’s the first hotel in phuket to be made and very very well kept

Hotel is a 90 years old property which they have maintained fabulously. The rooms are beautiful. Their staff is courteous and helpful. They provide minibar free and morning coffee/ coolers complimentary, along with some delicious cookies. I liked it a lot.

Unfortunately, we didn't have any food service at the hotel, not even beverages and that was the only sad part. Looking at the rooms we had booked, the room was quite small.

This place was definitely one of the best place while we were on our trip. It has it's own charm. The staff is extremely helpful and warm. Plus it has amazing cafes in the vicinity which should not be missed.
