Value for money property in pattaya with sea view

Heritage resort in pattaya was is one of the best properties in pattaya. It's almost a beachfront property crossing the road. The reception lobby is open to sea, allowing constant sea breeze. The rooms are large and spacious with huge swimming pool inside the property. The breakfast was average. The view is beautiful. It's worth the stay.

The stay was lovely, the The Heritage Pattaya Beach Resort is placed in jomtien which is good area to be in if not looking for crowded areas of pattaya. Very nice property, actually very very big and takes a lot of time to reach from one side to another. It has a 7/11 and pattaya night market at walking distance. It has an amazing swimming pool and perfectly made for adults and kids! cons - - breakfast has very limited options and mostly thai. - The Heritage Pattaya Beach Resort is in an alley which is little away from the main street also so need to take taxi to the main road. - jomtein beach in this area isn't that clean and it's very crowded due to chairs being placed by locals which are available at 200thb a day. - if you're looking for crowd and central locations then this isn't for you as it takes 15mins on bike to reach there and may be you can look at staying near pattaya beach area. Overall it was a lovely experience and stay at this price point and would love to stay here again.
