Well located good property with very minimal hiccup

It was a great property situated right across the road from pattaya beach. The superior room in balcony was good. Could have been a little more spacious but it was ok for the price. Since we were in the ground floor, there was no beach view from the balcony but the upper floors do get beach view. But given that, you get to the beach just when you step out of the Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya, that was ok too. The rooms were clean with ample storage. The bathroom too was clean but very small which is the downside of the room. Toiletries were very basic, could have added a little more toiletries. They also do not provide tea bags or coffee satchets in the room which was a real put off for my tea loving sister who was accompanying me.

It was a very pleasant stay. I stayed in a standard room, room n toilet was clean. Room size was good, toilet was little small. Good for a couple or a friend. 2 swimming pools were there, restaurant is available. Breakfast was available paying 200 baht, it's better to book rooms only by mm t n pay for bf locally. Guest was allowed without any charges. If u r coming with family then you better book superior room. The location of the resort is amazing, it's spread across east to west, u get the access of both the roads running parallel to beach. Staffs were courteous. I got early check in without any charges.

Resort ambience was good & cleanly maintained. Easy access to the beach & pattaya city & indian restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was ok with only 3 menu. Housekeeping lady was rude & using abusive language for complaining about her service to the receptionist.

Great Twin Palms Beachfront Resort Pattaya. Well priced, excellent location, staff all very friendly. Rooms nice and clean, fridge and air con. Everything you need and a nice swimming pool and cafe bar aswell.
