Great clean amazingky beautiful property. As being a regular since ten years never felt to change ever. Keep it up as always and the smiles u shower with service is always brownie points.

rooms are old and most of the amenieties are broken or defective. have multiple defects in the bathroom. reception staff specially the manager is rude and non cooperative towards your grievances. the bed room ac was also not working and despite repeated complaints they did nothing to solve the problem, instead the manager shouting and threatning. never seen this hotel perform like this. manager's duty is to find out the problem and correct it, she doesn't even want to listen to the problem. horrible manager , hence the poor and horrible state of the hotel

it was located in the main city, and the one bedroom suite is the best and excellent service by the management. I will suggest this place to get a pleasant stay then try Nove suites central Pattaya.

Pros: (1)Big size clean room with full kitchenette is the biggest advantage of this hotel. (2) Good service oriented staff. (3) Two big 7/11 stores are just near the hotel where all daily need things are available.(4) Very comfortable bed and airy room. Cons : (1) You will need a taxi for going anywhere as the hotel is away from walking street and other main attractions. (2) Hotel needs maintenance and renovation. AC not working in some rooms.(3) Internet connection not stable. If you have to do something important on internet then you may get many interruptions.

Staff was very rude and worst behaviour

This property is so far for walking street, pattaya beach and night pattaya bazar. This property staff is not friendly and rude nature. Any types of facilities no have near by this property.

Pros: big size room with kitchennet, clean, all essential shops very near, amicable staff. Cons: requires some maintenance, electricity and internet not working on one day that caused some business loss.

Good stay calm atmosphere clean pool hygienic rooms and lobby polite staff

That was really bad stay staff is rude too much. Look like they don’t know how to talk with customer. Room is big and specious specially one bedroom suite room. Not far from other location. Indian food you can find very near. But behaviour of all the staff is very bad so don’t want to come back again

It was a nice stay with pleasant environment in the room. Room service very good. Centralised ac, with kitchenette is awesome.

The reception people are so bullying and due to the tv volume was high and the remote which did not work properly and there was a local guest and me being from foreign country they made us checkout at early morning 6 that was ridiculous and not a friendly nature for foriegners and they don't even respond to us

One of the worst hotels regarding hospitality. They don't have any staff for housekeeping after 5 pm and the entire hotel has just 1 security guard who is extremely rude. Won't recommend the hotel at all even if offered for free of cost. Nova group is there to cheat and nothing all.

The breakfast menu is very limited and the same food is repeated everyday. They are at-least 500m inside from the main road and the beach is 1. 5-2kms far.
