awesome hotel...Our room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable

not good staff very rude...waisted of the money...also having suite room they call ten times in a day

Superb hotel in every possible amazing room set up one of the most comfortable beds to sleep in spacious organised room set up with bedroom dining room wash room and balcony with seating and super duper block buster the wave swimming pool & water park highly highly recommended

Everything about the hotel was great. Hospitality was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a long stay. The service given by all staffs is great.

Such an amazing hotel, with plenty of options, like wave pool, restaurant, large rooms. Just on suggestion if they add more vegetarian options it would be great for vegetarian people.

Facilities and hospitalities are really good

Excellent service. Clean room with no cons to stay. Even though they have a lot of rooms, their room service is quick. Good hospitality. Had a pleasant and memorable stay at centre point prime hotel.

Location is bit far from the main pattaya city, especially for guests who want to explore pattaya. Otherwise everything is good

The hotel was fabulous and truly enjoyed the stay, wave swimming pool is awesome. Just one suggestion i can think is to have more vegetarian food, an advice to indian people looking to book this hotel is to not take breakfast in package if it means spending more, save this breakfast money n have food outside.

Location of property is not good at all. We had to pay for expensive cabs to get to the main areas of pattaya like walking street etc. We had to go to the beach by travel-ling atleast 45 mins by cab. There is no easy access to pattaya or jomtien beach. We paid for 4 night stay but we only check out in one night and had to buy another hotel near to the main attractions. Also there are no indian restaurants or seven eleven or any type of convenience store nearby

The hotel staff is good. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Amenities are good with clean swimming and a large wave pool

The stay at centre point prime was great. The wave pool is their main attraction and is really good. Two drawbacks of the property: breakfast option not good at all for indians (i am a non vegetarian still didn’t had much to eat except fruit, bread and sunny side up. Yes they don’t even serve omlette. The breakfast spread is more of thai cuisine. Secondly this property is far from main attractions of pattaya and there aren’t any indian restaurant nearby. So we had to take a cab whenever we wanted to have our indian lunch or dinner. Rest the property is fine.

The water park and other activities are good but it is too crowded and far away from the main beach. You have to spend a lot of money to go to the beach every time.

Pathetic breakfast. They don't even have egg omletes. The breakfast was very poor. Please add some more fruits and different types of bread with some vegan food.

The hotel is far from everything, lost in the middle of nowhere, around the hotel, just nothing. There is no wardrobe in rooms & that they take a 3000 thb room deposit and take up to 3 weeks to refund it. No other hotel has done this on our travels be warned

It's a beautiful hotel. The water park in itself is reason enough for a visit. The food is okay and the rooms are wonderful. Ours was in the 33rd floor and the view was amazing.
