Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel

The property is a land mark destination in Pattaya. It is right opposite to Pattaya beach.It has an excellent breakfast option plus a seven Eleven shop next door. The staff is cordial and friendly. We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn.

The Managers are very rude Racism against Indians for room allocations is very evident. Inspite of being regulars and paying high amounts for rooms.Allocated rooms were not given.Had to argue and cancel 3 rooms shown to us....But when I raised concern to IHG group they called up from higher authority and gave us the rooms we had booked for.

Rooms are efficient but a bit compact when travelling with kids. Food is decent. The hotel didnt credit any IHG rewards points for the stay citing that the booking was made . which is strange because I booked it after seeing their sponsored banner

Excellent location! Awesome sea view from the room. There were very few vegetarian options and It would be appreciated if vegetarian dishes are kept separately because the same tongs and spatulas were used for serving food by the guests. Pool is very nice and the property is neat and clean.

location is excellent. I ordered Indian food a few times for in room dining. food was just ok. breakfast layout was also average. But I would like to make a special reference about the staff serving at breakfast time . I would like to take a few names specially. TANG MO, OILLY, THAN YA, AUNG and Mr.white. These people were very courteous, always attentive and nature wise very good

It was a wonderful experience.Good location,good rooms facing the sea , excellent service and great breakfast.You can become a member also and save money for your next visit .Good value to your money

It was verry great experince with my family. Nice swming pool and child club was excelent ... alsho verry verry excelent breakfast and lobby area is alsho verry good and thai people is alsho helpfull and kindly behave ......

Really good hotel for kids... a lot of activities to do and even the pool is very nice. .. The location is also good just right to the beach

Good room; good view; good ambiance at breakfast area. Good spread. Indian food is average. Only thing if want to say as low light is space in bathroom; the restroom itself is huge. But area for bath is congested

Really Good hotel, view and in center of pattaya street. Lot of Indian Restaurants near by. Beach is eactly in front of Hotel. 2 mins walk.

Hotel location is very good, views from balcony is nice after late evening. Other eateries are in walkable distance, back gate will directly takes to small market. Facilities are no explanation. Must visit and stay here

This was my 3rd time stay at this property. Amazing location, clean rooms and a very hospitable staff .

Location is very easy to find this property, food was wonderful all amenities available and service is tremendous.

My stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya (June 2–7, 2025) was unfortunately filled with issues. The bidet spray was leaking from the first day. It was only temporarily fixed and broke again on June 6, causing a flood in our room while we were out. Only then was it finally replaced. Daily, I had to ask for a bedsheet (I don’t use blankets). On one occasion, the operator seemed confused and asked multiple questions, making a simple request frustrating. Another day, I received a blanket cover instead. One serious concern was when housekeeping entered our room uninvited while I was in the balcony and didn’t hear the bell. Regardless of intent, that felt like a violation of privacy. While the hotel manager later waived food charges to make up for it, I was still charged more than my booking confirmation stated . Overall, I was left quite disappointed by the handling of basic guest needs.

Amazinggg property for the vacations.. the staff was polite and always up for the help, the amenities were spot on.. will stay again
