We have booked ossian view higher floor but inspite of booking for 6 nights, ossian view they have not allotted the same and given Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel amari side rooms. Reason given that booked with agents so can't give. Very bad experience to book with make my trip. You must compensate for wrong allotments. We have booked three rooms of the same categories. My room number was 2116 where as opposites side room was perfect as we booked.

First of all, they allowed us to check in early. We requested for higher floor accommodation and they provided us with the same. Swimming / infinity pool was excellent and pool attendant was very helpful. Reception staff, room service, cleaning staff all were very friendly and professional. And above all food was very delicious. My family and myself, enjoyed a lot by staying in Holiday Inn, Pattaya. Thanks to Holiday Inn and Make my trip 🙏

My second trip here after 10 years and it was fabulous then and it is fabulous now. Check in was smooth, staff always ready to help. Breakfast fantastic with a lot of choices. The rooftop bar is amazing with great views. We stayed in the executive tower and the swimming pool was very good with lovely views of the ocean. A terrific stay again. Highly recommended.

Overall experience at this property from start to end of the vacation was awesome. Smooth check-in and check out. The best part is early check in without any questions. The staff is very humble and welcoming. Room, pool, kids area, restaurant and location all bang on. Worth the amount they charge.

Stay was nice and comfortable. But it’s not a good idea to book on the booking site as the Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel doesn’t give any benefits or points if u have a Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel memebership .

We are staying at 18 th floor and the view is fantastic. The Holiday Inn Pattaya, an IHG Hotel location is good on pattaya beach, walking distance miss tiffany's show. Less option on vegetarian but food is good
