Hotel is on Pattaya beach road. Just opposite to pattaya beach. While hotel was marked recently renovated, there was mold smell in the room. Room was spacious. Breakfast was wide range but okay taste. Personally for me, it was one time stay only.

Excellent Stay at a Classy,Friendly Hotel in the Heart of Pattaya

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel — it’s very neat, clean, and located in one of the best spots in Pattaya, right opposite Pattaya Beach. The ambiance is classy and welcoming, creating a great first impression. We booked two deluxe rooms, one of which had a sea view — and the view was absolutely stunning. Both rooms were spacious and well-maintained. One of our rooms had three occupants, and the extra bed was already set up when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Service throughout our stay was excellent and very prompt. The hotel is situated in a lively area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, the in-house patisserie deserves a mention — their desserts were delicious! Overall, a highly recommended hotel for those looking for comfort, great service, and a central location, all within a reasonable budget.

The hotel staff very rude .. Food choice is terrible At one time this was a great property with good staff with time things have changed and has gone south. I would never go back to stay at Mere Mara again.

Staying at Mera Maya was one of the worst experience I have possibly had ever and definitely the worst in thailand. We had booked a 2 bedroom suite and a room. we reached at 9 am and requested to give them at least one room earlier, even 2pm! but they didn't bother at all despite that they had ample rooms available that day. during the time of check out, we requested for 30 mins more but they called us 100 times to push us out. and we were forced to pay 2500 bhatt to keep one room for half day. despite that full day rooms were available for 2000 bhatt. their support staff was equally rude and insensitive. one cup and fork was missing for which they made us pay lastly I left my earbuds in the room which they never returned. I can write lot more but I guess this is enough to understand our pathetic experience

good property... just need a bit more personal touch

The hotel is clean and maintained. it's just the finer points that leaves a bad taste. 1. I have 2 suitcases and a cabin bag. No one even bother to assist till the reception or even open the door. Also finding the reception is a task as no signage on where to go. 2. In room dinning closes at 10pm. I am a guy who likes have a few drinks and night. I arrived at 10pm so didn't have any food option. Had to order food throw grap. asked the reception to have a bell boy to just bring the food and got a blunt No. So drunk me had to go down to lobby to pick my food. 3. This was a confusion. the reception was trying to call me and I thing my phone was on silent... cause I was sitting next to it and didn't hear it ring.. so the person come upstairs and rings the bell. he said he was trying to call me... I genuinely didn't hear it but out of decency I apologised and said sorry I didn't hear it. They guy gave me a rude look and with a nasty face just went off. not the way to behave with a guest. 4. Staff needs to be given a course on hospitality. I am a guy who has a hospitality background and I know what I am talking. like a guest is checkin or checkout.. 7 girls at the reception sitting and chitchatting and talking loud... totally no. But as I said. I liked the property. small rooms but manageable. amazing location. Just the staff needs training. missing the personal touch.

Poor room lighting. wash room has joint fridge and tea area. rooms are small and does not have great view. breakfast is pathetic with same menu for all days I stayed. worst part by mistake I used their black laundry bag and they charge 250 baht for it. i have travlled so much and never thought would pay for laundry bag. The only benefit is beach facing hotel and 20 m across the road is pattaya beach. overall a big NO NO
